Meet Trey Payne

Born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida, Trey Payne developed his love for the construction industry at the early age of 16 as a third-generation contractor.

After working as a laborer alongside his family, learning the traits of the industry, he chose to obtain his Florida Public Adjuster License and attend Florida State University where he studied Applied Economics and Business Management.

Trey worked through college by beginning a profitable pool business, where he serviced 150+ pools per week with 5 trucks on the road every day.

Upon graduation, he sold the pool company and moved to Denver, Colorado where he gained invaluable First Responder experience during the Waldo Canyon and the Black Forest fires near Colorado Springs.

Trey represented over 100 clients as a Public Adjuster, responsible for determining the value of their losses and preparing the necessary documentation for the insurance companies.

Once the Sandy project was completed, Trey made his way back to Tampa Bay and founded TP3 Building Solutions – a company built on the foundation of clients knowing their contractor, having fluid communication, and making the process as smooth as a construction process can be.

Trey and the entire TP3 team are committed to making St. Pete and Tampa Bay bigger and better than it already is – for all the generations to come.
